Terms of service.

Every new client begins with a free Hair Planning Session, a twenty-minute video call. No service can be booked until the planning session is complete and you and Mariana both decide it is a fit.

Returning clients may book services directly through the booking page.

A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve every appointment. The retainer is applied toward the total cost of your service.

If you cancel or reschedule outside the window described below, the retainer is forfeited and a new retainer will be required to rebook.

Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled with at least forty-eight hours of notice. Inside that window, the retainer is forfeited.

No-show appointments forfeit the retainer in full and may require prepayment of any future services.

If you arrive more than fifteen minutes late, your service may be shortened to fit the remaining time, or rescheduled at Mariana's discretion. The full service price still applies.

Prices listed online are starting points. Final pricing is confirmed in person based on hair length, density, and color history. You will know the final price before any service begins.

Prices may change. The price quoted to you at the time of booking is the price that applies to that appointment.

If you are not satisfied with your service, please reach out within seven days. Mariana will review the situation and, where appropriate, schedule an adjustment appointment at no additional cost.

Refunds for completed services are not provided. The Hair Planning Session exists to align expectations before any service begins so refunds should not be needed.

Mariana may photograph your hair before, during, or after a service for portfolio, social media, or educational use. Your face will not be shown without explicit consent. Let Mariana know in advance if you prefer not to be photographed at all.

Hair color, extensions, and chemical services carry inherent risks even when performed by an experienced professional. By booking a service, you acknowledge that you have shared accurate information about your hair history, allergies, and any prior treatments.

Mariana is not liable for outcomes that result from withheld or inaccurate information about your hair history.

These terms may be updated when our practices change. The date at the top reflects the most recent update. Booking an appointment after an update means you accept the current terms.
